Interview with Cay Randall-May, Ph.D.

I’ve recently had the immense pleasure to meet and work with Dr. Cay Randall-May, a leader in Medical Intuition and a pioneer of intuitive education. I was delighted to ask her a few questions about her extensive work.

Cay Randall-May, Ph.D. has been at the forefront of research into intuitive states and scientific exploration for over 35 years. An internationally recognized intuitive and healer, Dr. Randall-May has published five books on intuition and subtle energy, healing and prayer, as well as numerous scientific and popular articles.

She graduated from Arizona State University with a BA in Biological Sciences, and went on to complete her MS and Ph.D. degrees in Entomology at University of California Berkeley. As an educator, she taught a wide range of courses including biology, human anatomy/physiology, and general metaphysics, as well as The Intuitive Pathway Program for HOLOS University Graduate Seminary. She serves as Minister at Large for the International Council of Community Churches, and is an avid painter and artist.

Can you tell us about your work in scientific research using Medical Intuition?

Since the late 1980’s I have participated with a group of  scientists in a deep, altered consciousness investigation into the nature of reality. Some of the results of this work have been summarized in my book, “Inner Visions of Matter and Subtle Energy” (CayMay Press, 2014), which documents our investigations into the quantum nature of the universe. The process which I have used to obtain these insights can best be described as Micro-psi. It is the ability to use my extended senses to observe the organization and interaction of physical and energetic dimensions. This work has sharpened and extended my clairsentient abilities through a process which has changed my entire view of the Universe, energetic and spiritual healing, electromagnetism and force fields in general.

What drew you to Medical Intuition?

My academic training in comparative anatomy/physiology of both invertebrates and vertebrates plus my scientific/technical intuitive work provided a natural transition for me into the field of scientific medical intuition.

Did you always consider yourself intuitive?

I was fortunate to have a family which supported me as an intuitive from earliest childhood.  My maternal grandmother was always close by to my mother.  Together they nurtured my skills through games and activities which fostered clairvoyance and telepathy.

How does Medical Intuition support your professional practice or your personal life?

Medical Intuition is the foundation of my professional practice. Most of the sessions which I give have a primary emphasis on this, although I do also cover other topics, such as use of talents, relationship issues, intuitive development, and energetic/spiritual healing. Personally, I use self-scans on  a daily basis to monitor my own health and well-being.

Anything else you'd like to add?

Over the years, I have come to value variety and balance in life.  My profession is more fascinating than fiction could ever be, and I welcome the opportunity to get to know others who are drawn to this field of endeavor.
