The Energetic Work of Life

“Hope is being able to see that there is light despite all of the darkness.” Desmond Tutu

Some of the questions my clients and students often ask is – will our personal “cleanup work" never end? Will we ever be free of old energetic baggage that can clog up our systems and leave us feeling depleted or powerless?

As a professional medical intuitive, I’ve had the privilege of working with thousands of people on these very questions. It is fascinating to see how our minds, bodies, and spirits communicate with each other for our unique personal growth and progress.

This symbiotic system depends on each part of our energy for feedback, information, and support. My job is to relate this information to my clients directly from the wisdom of their own bodies, biofields, and loving spiritual guidance, without biases or preconceived ideas of my own.

What kind of information can we learn from the body, mind and spirit?

There are many paths to healing. Medical intuition can help us connect with our bodies’ own perspectives for optimum health. It’s important to know how we are meeting their foundational needs - vital hydration, nourishing food, deep rest, and energizing movement. In our fast-paced lives, checking in with our bodies intuitively to find out what they truly want can be an illuminating experience.

From the mind’s perspective, it’s easy to allow the mental and emotional worries and stresses of our lives to take precedence in our awareness. Add in the stress of a major life event and we can feel as if our world has been turned upside down. From the mind’s point of view, deliberately taking a moment to step back and slow down our racing thoughts and runaway emotions can allow our inner intuitive “knowing” to guide us with more clarity and certainty.

From the spirit’s perspective, I’ve seen that our ability to express personal inner truth, as well as connect to what brings us joy, are top priorities. Honoring our personal boundaries, as well as acknowledging the truth of others, can support access to our own wellspring of intuitive truth. Cultivating these elements seems to expand our wealth of life experience and bring us greater meaning and depth, even when the body or mind may be struggling.
